The route of the Cursa Moritz Sant Antoni 5K is completely flat and runs on asphalt through the heart of the Sant Antoni neighbourhood, in Barcelona's Eixample district. The start and finish are set on Carrer de Floridablanca, a central spot that gathers thousands of runners every last week of January.

From the start, the course joins Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and continues along Ronda de Sant Pere and Ronda de Sant Antoni, two wide avenues that make it easy to hold a steady pace with very few sharp turns.

The final stretch drops down Ronda de Sant Pau to Avinguda del Paral·lel, before climbing back up Carrer d'Entença towards Gran Via on the way back to Floridablanca. Thanks to its fast, flat layout, this distance is often chosen to host the Catalan 5K road championship.
